Welcome to the Individual Membership Applications page of The Fellowship!

For 2012, individual membership has been tiered in an effort to make membership more affordable for all members, as well as for those members that have spouses or associates that want to belong to The Fellowship.  When you complete your application below, you will be directed to a page that will help you to select which membership level you are looking for.  When your membership application is reviewed your dues selection will be validated to your application.  If you selected a level that is not valid for you, then you will be asked to adjust to the correct level.

This individual application (and dues) are for:

  1. Ministers ($225),
  2. Spouse of Minister ($150, must be a spouse of a full paid member),
  3. Associate Pastor ($150, Sr. Pastor must be a member),
  4. Market Place Minister ($150 first year, $225 for subsequent years),
  5. Chaplain ($150 first year, $225 for subsequent years),
  6. Retired Minister ($75, must be fully retired),
  7. Youth Minister ($75, Sr. Pastor must be a member),
  8. Missionary ($75) *missionaries will also need to complete the World Missions Department form after paying the dues…
  9. Affiliate Member** ($75).

** Affiliate Members are for individuals that are not licensed clergy/chaplains yet want to be a part of The Fellowship.  There are no voting privileges or 501(c)3 for Affiliate Members.

When you click on the link below to join, you will be directed to complete your application, then directed to Paypal to pay your dues.  Your membership is not complete until full payment for your dues is made.
